This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Achieve Teleflex revenue and growth targets for the business units.
• Provide strategic leadership for North American GPO and IDN accounts.
• Formulate sales strategies and oversee sales processes, policies, and initiatives.
• Implement the strategic marketing plan.
• Propel the attainment of sales goals and business objectives.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales leadership team and corporate account directors.
• Promote a culture that aligns with Teleflex Core Values.
• Represent the organization with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and senior decision-makers in significant accounts, GPOs, and IDNs.
• Manage negotiations and process development, including financial programs and proposals.
• Assess GPO and IDN contract opportunities, advising on adoption or rejection.
• Oversee and enforce corporate accounts sales budgets.
• Develop pricing strategies and assist in pricing negotiations.
• Generate and track sales reports to enhance performance and react to market trends.
• Formulate national and territory revenue forecasts.
• Drive both short- and long-term strategic growth planning.
• Lead the annual North America Kickoff Meeting.
• Sponsor initiatives aimed at improving customer experience.
• Collaborate with A/R leadership to ensure compliance with contract payments.
• Create account plans and growth strategies for key IDNs and health systems.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and boost market share.
• Lead cross-functional account teams, aligning business unit priorities into a cohesive customer strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-7 years of demonstrated sales experience managing the sales process across an entire hospital system.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in Sales Management.
• Capability to operate a motor vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to establish and maintain vendor credentials for entry and work in hospitals and other medical facilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
