Area Vice President, Corporate Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve revenue and growth targets for Teleflex business units

• Provide strategic leadership for North American GPO and IDN accounts

• Formulate sales strategies and oversee sales processes, policies, and initiatives

• Implement the strategic marketing plan effectively

• Drive the accomplishment of sales targets, business goals, and objectives

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales leadership team and corporate account directors

• Represent the organization with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and senior decision-makers in significant accounts, GPOs, and IDNs

• Manage negotiations and create financial programs and proposals

• Assess GPO and IDN contract opportunities and advise on adoption or rejection

• Oversee and enforce corporate account sales budgets

• Develop pricing strategies and assist in pricing negotiations

• Generate and monitor sales reports

• Create national and territory revenue forecasts

• Propel short- and long-term strategic growth planning

• Lead the annual North America Kickoff Meeting

• Champion Customer Experience initiatives

• Collaborate with A/R leadership to ensure compliance in contract payments

• Formulate account plans and growth strategies for key IDNs and health systems

• Identify opportunities for expansion and enhance market share

• Lead cross-functional account teams and align business unit priorities into a cohesive customer strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5-7 years of demonstrated sales experience managing the sales process within an entire hospital system

• Valid Driver’s License

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time with convenient access to a major airport from home location

• Experience in Sales Management

• Acceptable driving record

• Ability to establish and maintain vendor credentials for access to hospitals and other medical facilities
