This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Manage and enhance Gutor UPS’s market presence within the nuclear power sector.
• Implement Gutor's global strategies and create structured sales action plans.
• Evaluate market potential, identify prospective customers and applications, develop business opportunities, and broaden Gutor’s footprint in the nuclear market.
• Forge enduring relationships with nuclear utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, consultants, and other vital stakeholders.
• Guarantee a superior customer experience across marketing, sales, tendering, project execution, after-sales service, and customer support.
• Report directly to the US Sales Director.
• Develop strategies to fulfill market requirements and achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify key customers, consultants, EPCs, and influencers, and establish relationships within those entities.
• Conduct technical and sales presentations.
• Engage with customer engineering and technical teams to convey and advocate Gutor’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Tendering team to prepare technical and commercial quotations for targeted projects.
• Coordinate with other Gutor regions on international initiatives.
• Secure targeted projects in alignment with Gutor sales guidelines.
• Share insights, experiences, and best practices within the Gutor Sales Team.
• Collect customer feedback and work with internal departments to maintain ongoing customer relations.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and enhance market share.
• Utilize reporting tools to archive and track business data, actions, commitments, and activities.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual order targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; graduation from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School may be considered as an alternative to a traditional degree.
• At least 5 years of sales and/or business development experience in the electrical power equipment, industrial automation, or related industrial technology sectors.
• Experience in the nuclear power industry, including nuclear power plants (NPPs), utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, or other organizations supporting the nuclear sector.
• Familiarity with generators, transformers, switchgear, electrical distribution and protection equipment, protection and control systems, or industrial automation.
• Proven track record of developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and meeting sales and/or order intake targets.
• Understanding of nuclear quality standards including NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and components utilized in nuclear power facilities.
• Knowledge of nuclear equipment qualification requirements and processes, including seismic, EMC, temperature, humidity, and radiation testing.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically within the assigned territory; occasional international travel may be necessary.
