This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with current customers, including distributors, consultants, and end users.
• Oversee and enhance key distributor partnerships in London and the South East of England.
• Achieve predetermined and agreed sales objectives.
• Provide training and support for distributors, including conducting site surveys.
• Identify potential new distributors and group accounts, and create sales strategies.
• Assist the regional sales team through mentorship, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Communicate performance metrics within the UK sales operation and to headquarters.
• Ensure pricing and related costs are accurate and up to date.
• Gather and maintain precise CRM data in accordance with GDPR standards.
• Leverage CRM insights to optimize sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in the foodservice industry is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the UK catering equipment distributor network is highly preferred.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in senior sales management with a logical career progression.
• Understanding of critical relationships and customer interactions within the UK supply chain.
• Clear comprehension of the dynamics and commercial relationships in the UK foodservice market.
• Knowledge of functional and ergonomic kitchen layouts.
• Proficient working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Capability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
