This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Direct teams and collaborate with surgeons and operating room stakeholders to enhance the adoption of Restrata® and associated products.
• Formulate and implement regional business strategies to meet revenue objectives while overseeing expenses and sales-to-expense ratios.
• Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team through effective communication, field engagement, performance assessments, and professional growth.
• Recruit, select, and develop a sales organization, including distributor networks when applicable.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and laws that govern interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Provide senior leadership with valuable insights regarding sales performance, market dynamics, competitive activities, and field opportunities.
• Support the Acera product portfolio along with evidence-based wound care technologies within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division.
• Engage in field activities alongside representatives, customers, and sales professionals.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and 5+ years of sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with at least 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales in place of a bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience with Value Analysis Committees and/or trial approvals in commercial and federal facilities is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
• Must remain eligible under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance standards.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• May need to hold facility-required licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the field, including some weekends and overnight trips.
• Previous medical device sales experience engaging with surgeons and supporting surgical cases in operating rooms is essential.
• A minimum of 1+ years of formal leadership experience is required.
• Capability to independently manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in fostering relationships with physicians and surgical staff.
• Proficient in negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Concur.
