This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes through effective in-person interactions within rare cardiac accounts.
• Establish compliant relationships with healthcare professionals in cardiology, multidisciplinary care teams, and office personnel across designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messages to encourage appropriate usage of Rare Cardiac products.
• Recognize opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate patient identification and referral processes.
• Assist patient access by providing information regarding prior authorization, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access obstacles, and promote business goals.
• Utilize digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and refine territory activities.
• Partner with Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to carry out promotional strategies and ensure appropriate access.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider roles.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Must live within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Overnight stays may be required as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
