This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Directly manage 12 to 14 store locations.

• Recruit, train, and oversee Store Leaders.

• Execute merchandising initiatives.

• Oversee cash management and inventory control.

• Inspire employees and foster team collaboration.

• Advocate for outstanding customer service.

• Handle profit and loss responsibilities, including budget management, sales maximization, and expense control.

• Establish performance targets and objectives, while tracking outcomes with senior management.

• Complete the Area Leader training program, which typically spans 12 months.

• Be prepared to relocate after training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field, or 5+ years of experience in managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial businesses, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and over 100 employees.

• Willingness to relocate after the completion of training.

• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.

• Must maintain automotive liability insurance during employment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate self-motivation.

• Capability to perform frequent bending, standing, and reaching.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred.
