Area Installation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Support the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle.

• Execute technical evaluations, assess existing conditions, and validate products.

• Perform Job Site Inspections to assess work quality and verify service provider credentials.

• Engage with customers to ensure the installation experience meets THD standards.

• Address customer complaints and make decisions to avoid delays in cycle time.

• Collaborate with service providers to resolve any issues.

• Approve or escalate project modifications prior to moving forward.

• Ensure that all outstanding items are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and address questions or changes regarding the job.

• Oversee open services and manage assigned Care Tickets to resolution.

• Handle jobs within the designated area and product category.

• Inspect work for compliance with industry construction standards.

• Ensure the prompt closure of all open services.

• Assist with customer inquiries, open services, and jobs that are on hold.

• Initiate change-of-scope requests and utilize reporting systems to enhance customer experience and installation accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment test if required.

• Experience in the construction/home improvement industry is preferred.

• Previous experience managing residential home improvement installation projects is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Proficient problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
