This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Support the customer experience throughout the entire installation job life cycle.
• Execute technical assessments, evaluate existing conditions, and conduct product confirmations.
• Perform Job Site Inspections to assess work quality and ensure compliance with industry construction standards.
• Carry out checks for service provider credentials.
• Engage with customers to ensure the installation experience aligns with THD standards.
• Address customer complaints and manage open job-in-process issues.
• Make decisions to avoid delays in cycle time.
• Collaborate with service providers to troubleshoot problems.
• Approve or escalate modifications to projects before work commences.
• Ensure all outstanding items are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Oversee open services and assigned Care Tickets until resolution.
• Manage all projects within the designated area and product category.
• Document changes in job scope and ensure timely closure of open services.
• Resolve jobs that are on hold and initiate change-of-scope requests.
• Utilize reporting and related systems to enhance customer experience and installation accuracy.
• Report directly to the District Installation Manager; supervise no direct reports.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment test if required.
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Previous experience managing residential home improvement installation projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficient problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Collaborative leadership skills with a focus on building partnerships.
• Willingness to travel overnight less than 10% of the time.
• Ability to perform intermittent periods of physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment.
