Area Executive Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight for designated branches within the region.

• Act as interim Executive Director by traveling to and overseeing branch locations during vacancies in the ED position.

• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including clinical, licensure, and documentation standards.

• Monitor operational, financial, and performance indicators, and implement corrective action plans as necessary.

• Assist with the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management of branch leadership and staff.

• Collaborate with corporate partners, including HR, Clinical, Compliance, and Recruiting, to address regional needs.

• Travel up to 90% of the time within the designated region and maintain flexibility to respond to urgent operational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare and/or hospice management.

• Clinical licensure preferred in states within the assigned region.

• Valid driver's license with an insured and operational vehicle in compliance with state and/or organizational requirements.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to swiftly assess branch operations and implement effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust among teams.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple locations, and adapt to evolving environments.

• High level of professionalism, accountability, and organizational skills.
