This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the commercial success of a portfolio comprising midscale and upper-midscale franchised hotels.
• Provide guidance to hotel owners, operators, and management companies utilizing revenue, market, and operational performance data.
• Identify avenues for growth, profitability, revenue generation, market share, and owner value enhancement.
• Develop and influence the execution of strategic commercial action plans.
• Conduct property visits, performance evaluations, business consultations, and virtual engagements.
• Integrate revenue strategy, sales activation, marketing, distribution, loyalty participation, guest experience, and operational execution to foster profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Enhance RevPAR, RevPAR Index, ADR, occupancy, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Analyze performance trends, pace reports, demand drivers, channel contributions, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
• Align pricing, inventory, forecasting, and segment strategies with prevailing market conditions.
• Monitor commercial dashboards and performance indicators, identify risks, and refine strategies.
• Escalate performance issues and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate targeted support from corporate commercial partners based on hotel-specific opportunities and needs.
• Boost engagement in proprietary revenue-generating programs and initiatives.
• Convert complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead ongoing performance discussions with owners, management companies, and property leadership teams.
• Document commitments, action items, and strategic decisions while ensuring accountability.
• Provide leadership with insights on revenue performance, ownership engagement, competitive threats, and business risks.
• Maintain documentation related to consultations, performance plans, ownership interactions, and initiatives.
• Submit timely and accurate expense reports.
• Support franchise growth, retention initiatives, franchise associations, and industry activities.
• Share market intelligence, best practices, and new opportunities.
• Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in the hotel industry, with significant responsibility for commercial strategy, revenue performance, sales, marketing, revenue management, or multi-property performance improvement.
• At least ten (10) years of hotel leadership experience, preferably including franchise performance, revenue management, commercial leadership, or multi-unit operational responsibility.
• Proven success in enhancing hotel commercial performance, encompassing revenue growth, RevPAR, market share, and owner profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through analytical insights and strategic consultation.
• Experience working effectively within a matrix organization and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial skills.
• Proficient in utilizing hotel performance and business intelligence tools, including revenue, financial, market share, and benchmarking platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to analyze and interpret large datasets and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, sales activation strategies, distribution channels, marketing performance, loyalty programs, and profitability metrics.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Strong executive presence and effective communication skills with hotel owners and senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while overseeing a geographically diverse portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and adjust priorities within a dynamic business environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular travel of approximately 70% is required.
• Participation in conferences, owner meetings, special projects, and organizational initiatives as necessary.
• Ability to travel independently throughout the assigned territory.
