This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Meet annual sales targets for a specified oncology territory.
• Build, sustain, and strengthen vital customer relationships.
• Formulate and leverage quarterly updated business plans that align with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights.
• Execute business plans alongside Hematologists, Oncologists, and other essential customers.
• Become an expert in the product, disease-state, and marketplace.
• Convey and position product information to encourage appropriate utilization of the Sanofi Genzyme oncology portfolio.
• Work in conjunction with Oncology Transplant Network Managers, other Account Business Managers (ABMs), and Medical teams to advance strategies through key Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), academic institutions, and community accounts.
• Complete call reporting, business plan revisions, and expense documentation.
• Apply account targeting and time-management strategies.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions, conventions, and symposiums.
• Ensure fleet safety compliance and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare roles is required.
• Capability to think, plan, and act with a strategic mindset.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Up to two years of proven success in selling chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products is preferred.
• Familiarity with the hospital and cancer center environment is advantageous.
• Safe operation of a company vehicle for daily meetings and appointments is essential.
• Completion of all fleet safety training and maintenance of an acceptable driving record concerning accidents and incidents is required.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Ability to operate in accordance with pharmaceutical compliance guidelines.
