This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Meet annual sales targets for the Brooklyn region.
β’ Build, sustain, and strengthen essential customer relationships.
β’ Formulate and execute effective territory planning strategies.
β’ Effectively utilize Sanofi resources.
β’ Employ successful selling techniques and marketing approaches to enhance product awareness and identify appropriate patients.
β’ Drive results and achieve personal business objectives with compliance and integrity.
β’ Create and utilize quarterly updated business plans that align with marketing strategies, informed by territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights.
β’ Execute business plans with Hematologists, Oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
β’ Act as an expert in product knowledge, disease states, and market trends.
β’ Effectively communicate and position product information to encourage appropriate use of Sanofi's oncology offerings.
β’ Collaborate with field partners, including Key Account Managers, Thought Leader Liaisons, Certified Educators, management, and Medical teams.
β’ Complete call reports, business plan updates, and expense documents.
β’ Identify target accounts and manage time efficiently.
β’ Participate in mandatory training sessions, conventions, and symposia as required.
β’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution is required.
β’ At least two years of experience in Specialty biotech sales.
β’ Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively.
β’ Oncology/Hematology sales experience is preferred, along with experience in rare diseases or medical devices.
β’ Capability to think, plan, and act with a strategic mindset.
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills.
β’ Familiarity with the hospital and cancer center environment is preferred.
β’ Required to safely drive a company vehicle to meetings and appointments.
β’ Must complete all fleet safety training.
β’ Maintain an acceptable driving record concerning accidents and incidents.
β’ Must adhere to Sanofi US policies and regulations regarding the promotion of pharmaceutical and biological products in the U.S.
