This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.
β’ Engage Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology clients within the designated territory and convey clinically-oriented product messages.
β’ Introduce, launch, and enhance brand share, revenue, and product utilization.
β’ Collaborate with sales colleagues, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Access Specialists, Market Access team members, Thought Leader Liaisons, and other stakeholders.
β’ Address customer requirements, identify market dynamics and trends, and formulate strategies that align with brand and corporate objectives.
β’ Cultivate relationships with asthma specialists, experts, biologic coordinators, office personnel, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy organizations.
β’ Spot opportunities and create strategic business plans to expand territory business.
β’ Plan, organize, and implement local promotional speaker programs and activities.
β’ Optimize the geographic territory budget.
β’ Participate in industry conferences, local and regional meetings, and medical symposiums.
β’ Coordinate and engage with large group practices and other key targets.
β’ Build relationships with thought leaders to enhance customer value.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
β’ 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
β’ Proven ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
β’ Willingness to travel for meetings, training sessions, and programs as needed; additional travel may be necessary within the assigned territory.
β’ Demonstrated success and a positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with varied customer segments.
β’ Ability to function as a team player with collaboration partners and internal colleagues.
β’ Valid Driver's License required.
β’ Preferred: 2 years of experience calling on allergists or ENTs, or 2 years of selling subcutaneous self-injectable or office-administered IV biologics.
β’ Preferred: 2+ years of experience selling subcutaneous self-injectable or office-administered IV biologics.
β’ Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience in asthma or other immunology disorders.
β’ Preferred: 2+ years of sales experience targeting allergists and/or ENTs.
β’ Co-promotion experience preferred.
β’ Advanced clinically-oriented selling skills.
β’ Proven success record with product launches.
β’ Experience in servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
β’ Passion and eagerness to learn about science, disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
β’ Strong organizational and account management abilities.
