This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Engage in account-based B2B interactions across various customer segments.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to foster revenue growth.
• Achieve goals associated with the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio.
• Act as an orchestrator for accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize cross-functional support from internal US Vaccines teams.
• Meet and surpass individual business objectives.
• Increase portfolio share and overall revenue.
• Serve as an expert in therapeutic areas, positioning and differentiating products.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access colleagues, strategic account managers, Hospital business managers, and other field stakeholders.
• Analyze market dynamics and trends.
• Formulate strategies that align with brand and corporate goals.
• Guarantee optimal success for accounts within the designated geography.
• Engage with account and territory data, utilizing insights to enhance HCP effectiveness.
• Determine the optimal ABM strategies through AI and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities and create strategic business plans to boost product utilization and expand territory sales.
• Differentiate portfolio contracting options and competitive offerings with financial presentations.
• Assist with buy/bill operations, including pricing analysis, price calculator usage, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and contract amendments.
• Plan, organize, and implement local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize the budget for the geographic territory.
• Participate in or lead sales success initiatives, industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other complex sales preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment, decision-making processes, and market trends.
• Proven success in accessing decision makers.
• Experience in business-to-business sales.
• Strong commercial business insight.
• Capable of strategic, critical-thinking/problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
• Ability to navigate a hybrid environment and identify the best HCP selling model.
• Flexibility to dynamically adjust priorities.
• Ability to learn and thrive in complex settings.
• Experience with omnichannel strategies.
• Capacity to engage customers through suitable channels using insights.
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics for valuable insights.
• Passion for science and a strong learning aptitude.
• Knowledge of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
• Ability to implement tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and manage multiple products effectively.
• Broad field sales experience with a track record of influencing decision makers.
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong execution and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Eligibility for insurance coverage.
• Capability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales preferred.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in account management.
• Enhanced digital skills preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge preferred.
• Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management databases preferred.
