This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Raise awareness and provide education regarding NS Pharma’s rare disease product portfolio, focusing specifically on Viltepso, within the healthcare provider community.
• Facilitate discussions with physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, and Centers of Excellence about clinical benefits, administration protocols, and best practices in patient management.
• Inform stakeholders about the patient journey, treatment expectations, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Develop and sustain relationships with neurologists, multidisciplinary treatment teams, hospitals, Centers of Excellence, infusion centers, clinical support staff, and patient advocacy organizations.
• Deliver accurate and up-to-date information on NS Pharma products and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to enhance understanding of product profiles and clinical applications.
• Assess the healthcare provider landscape, patient demographics, competitive products, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
• Identify educational engagement opportunities and prioritize initiatives for effective territory coverage.
• Collect and communicate regional trends, healthcare provider needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal teams.
• Connect healthcare providers with Medical Affairs for intricate clinical inquiries and research opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach efforts with internal leadership, Centers of Excellence, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.
• Maintain engagement records and submit timely reports on market insights and educational outreach.
• Bachelor's degree required; a background in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales.
• At least 2+ years of experience in rare diseases or neurology.
• Experience in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy or similar therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
• Infusion experience is mandatory.
• Proven success in building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, Centers of Excellence, and patient advocacy organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey complex clinical information in a clear and engaging manner.
• High proficiency in territory planning, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis.
• Demonstrated launch experience in rare diseases and/or neurology-related conditions.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Must reside in the assigned territory: Florida, West Alabama, and Mississippi.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
