This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create precise, comprehensive, and code-compliant construction documentation

• Deliver technical and innovative design solutions that align with program objectives

• Identify suitable building components and their design applications

• Adhere to project timelines, deadlines, and obligations

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory bodies

• Inform the supervisor of any changes in project scope and recommend change-order proposals as necessary

• Implement building codes and ADA standards

• Conduct municipal due diligence related to zoning and building code requirements

• Address plan-review comments from code officials

• Communicate with code officials, consultants, suppliers, and contractors about construction documents

• Review the work of others, offering feedback and technical guidance

• Engage in professional development alongside supervisors and colleagues

• Contribute to the growth of junior team members

• Operate independently or with minimal oversight on large-scale, intricate projects

• Represent the company in client project meetings as necessary

• Inspect project sites to confirm scope, existing conditions, and related issues

• Execute other assigned responsibilities


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, licensed architect or in the process of obtaining a license, or 1+ years of professional experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience

• In-depth understanding of architectural principles, practices, and advanced methods

• Proficiency in drawings, specifications, and building materials

• Capability to complete complex architectural tasks and manage large, intricate projects with minimal supervision

• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects

• Proficient in REVIT (mandatory), AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, Smartsheet, and 3Ds Max is advantageous

• Architectural license or pursuing a license is strongly preferred

• Full professional proficiency in English, covering reading, writing, and speaking

• Comfort in an English-speaking environment and effective communication with U.S.-based colleagues and clients

• Availability to work standard U.S. business hours

• Ability to work remotely from a home office and efficiently manage time across various projects and deadlines

• Flexibility to adapt to multi-shift and variable schedules as required
