Transformation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take on project and budget management responsibilities for technical data migrations.

• Guide teams in customer and partner projects pertaining to S/4HANA transformation.

• Independently coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions within international projects.

• Create technical concepts.

• Gather and document customer requests and requirements.

• Assist colleagues in pre-sales with specialized knowledge.

• Drive project management momentum while helping to shape, standardize, and enhance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent vocational training.

• Relevant functional and process expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, or SD).

• Proven experience in leading and organizing IT projects from both a technical and managerial perspective, utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.

• Preferred technical knowledge of various migration approaches to S/4HANA (Brownfield, Greenfield, and SDT).

• Familiarity with migration tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW, Natuvion DCS, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Programming skills in an object-oriented programming language are a bonus.

• Proficiency in German and a good command of written and spoken English.
