Arabic Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kuwait.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the language model in Iraqi Arabic covering a diverse array of subjects.

• Ensure linguistic precision and cultural appropriateness.

• Document reproducible error patterns.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on contextual understanding, dialectal variations, semantic integrity, and cultural subtleties.

• Assist in training AI to effectively capture the vocabulary, dialects, grammar, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context of Iraqi Arabic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Arabic (Iraqi) language.

• Familiarity with Iraqi Arabic phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial phrases, and cultural allusions.

• Capability to assess contextual interpretation, dialectical differences, semantic correctness, and cultural nuances.

• Proficiency in documenting reproducible error patterns and identifying model failure modes.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and an ability to articulate your thought process.

• Relevant professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community engagement is advantageous.
