Arabic Interpreter – Night Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise Arabic ↔ English live interpretation services in healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency sectors.

• Engage professionally with speakers exhibiting diverse accents, varying speaking tempos, and unique communication approaches.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout each call.

• Complete primarily self-directed online training, which includes approximately 2 days of live online sessions.

• Manage real interpretation calls under the guidance of an experienced mentor during the 4-week mentoring phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic-English interpretation.

• Successful completion of the pre-assessment.

• Passing score on the English Assessment.

• Passing score on the Arabic Assessment.

• Completion of a 3-week training program.

• Completion of a 4-week mentoring period.

• Performance during mentoring will influence advancement to the full-time interpreter position.

• Availability for night shifts starting between 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Malaysia Time.

• Ability to work 8 hours per shift, along with a 1-hour break.

• Capacity to work 5 days a week with 2 days off.

• Weekend work may be necessary according to the company schedule.

• Capability to interpret accurately in healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services.

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals who have various accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles.

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call.
