Arabic Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise Arabic ↔ English live interpretation services in the fields of healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency response.

• Interact professionally with individuals speaking various accents, at different speeds, and utilizing diverse communication styles.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in every call.

• Undertake a comprehensive 3-week training program, which consists of self-paced online learning and around 2 days of live online sessions.

• Manage real interpretation calls with guidance from an experienced mentor during a 4-week mentoring period.

• Transition to a full-time interpreter role upon successful completion of the training and mentoring phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic-English interpretation.

• Ability to provide accurate Arabic ↔ English live interpretation across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services.

• Skilled in professional communication with individuals of varying accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles.

• Capacity to uphold accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all calls.

• Willingness to work night shifts starting anytime between 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Malaysia Time.

• Availability to work 5 days a week, with 2 days off.

• Potential weekend work based on the company schedule.

• Successful completion of the pre-assessment, English Assessment, Arabic Assessment, the 3-week training program, and the 4-week mentoring.

• Performance during the mentoring phase will influence progression to the full-time interpreter position.
