Arabic <> English Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise and prompt medical interpretation between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting.

• Ensure the correct application of medical terminology.

• Promote clear and culturally sensitive communication within healthcare environments.

• Provide interpretation services through OPI/VRI or arranged appointments.

• Support essential communication in both legal and medical contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of professional interpretation experience is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in Medical or Legal fields.

• Availability for OPI/VRI or pre-scheduled appointments.

• High proficiency in listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities.

• A professional, HIPAA-compliant setup is necessary.

• A wired USB headset with noise-cancellation features is required.

• Minimum upload speed of 10Mbps and download speed of 20Mbps.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Capability to execute simultaneous and consecutive interpreting.

• Accurate application of medical terminology.

• Ability to communicate appropriately within medical settings culturally.
