Korean Translator – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Assess and refine AI-generated outputs.

• Facilitate translation between Korean and English in both directions.

• Identify and annotate translation inaccuracies.

• Offer cultural or contextual insights.

• Recommend enhancements to prompts, evaluation techniques, and model performance.

• Record model shortcomings and provide suggestions to enhance translation quality and consistency.

• Assist in training large-scale language models to improve translation and cross-cultural communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Korean and English.

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated translations for grammatical correctness, fluency, cultural sensitivity, and contextual relevance.

• Capable of working with idiomatic expressions, ambiguous language, formal and informal tones, and real-life scenarios.

• A background in professional translation, linguistics, localization, or language education is preferred.

• Experience in technical, literary, or media translation is a strong indicator of suitability.

• Excellent and reflective communication skills.

• Ability to explain translation choices clearly.
