A/R Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Analyze and provide functional support for intricate accounts receivable challenges.

• Manage accounts receivable documentation and address customer inquiries and concerns.

• Create and evaluate historical data through queries to monitor AR metrics and facilitate data analysis.

• Recognize opportunities, suggest, and execute improvements in the Accounts Receivable processes.

• Oversee billing and invoice generation for InfoPro and TRUX billing platforms.

• Maintain month-end controls for InfoPro.

• Address queries related to cash application and billing, as well as field research requests.

• Review and test business requirements for Accounts Receivable databases and system applications.

• Handle lockbox returned items, adjustments, fund transfers, and customer refund requests.

• Offer back-office support for product development and corporate initiatives.

• Create training materials and job resources for field and internal accounts receivable.

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and third-party vendors regarding field application concerns and enhancements to systems and processes.

• Adhere to work assignments, project priorities, and organizational protocols, while communicating with management as necessary.

• Engage in team projects and perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a large Fortune 500 organization.

• Experience in multi-division Accounts Receivable processing.

• A minimum of 5 years in Accounts Receivable roles.

• Familiarity with Lockbox processes or hands-on experience with Lockbox.

• Proficiency in Oracle Accounting software, as well as InfoPro and TRUX billing systems, along with SQL Viewpoint.

• At least 3 years of experience in an office setting involving data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting records.

• Candidates must be residents of Arizona at the time of employment.
