AR Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Report to the Global AR Manager.

• Oversee regional accounts receivable operations.

• Ensure invoicing is accurate and posted promptly in the accounting system.

• Conduct follow-ups on collections and their proper application.

• Collaborate with the Treasury and Client Operations teams.

• Address inquiries related to accounts receivable and resolve any collection or billing issues.

• Maintain master data for AR and ensure compliance and operational accuracy.

• Adhere to billing procedures while analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable data and transactions.

• Initiate communication with various parties concerning accounts receivable invoices.

• Update the ApprovPay application and perform reconciliations with the accounting system.

• Manage the collection of funds process, follow up with customers, and maintain aging reports for AR.

• Prepare documentation and financial information for both external and internal stakeholders.

• Engage in the evolution of billing systems and validate matters related to VAT/GST compliance.

• Contribute to improvements in business processes, development of training materials, data cleanup, and ongoing support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, focusing on Billing and Collections while managing a diverse range of customers.

• Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a keen eye for errors.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as lead, mentor, and develop staff.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
