This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for precise invoicing by validating Salesforce sales orders against signed order forms, reviewing invoices and tax treatment in Avalara, and addressing billing discrepancies.

• Execute vendor registrations, submit e-invoices via procurement platforms such as Ariba and Coupa, and manage tax exemption certificates.

• Prioritize collection efforts by sending overdue notifications, communicating with customers regarding payment delays, and maintaining records of interactions.

• Issue credit-hold notifications, restrict platform access in cases of unlikely payment, and suggest referrals to collection agencies or bad-debt write-offs.

• Address billing inquiries and collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Deal Desk on billing and revenue-related questions.

• Reconcile monthly billing between Salesforce and NetSuite, assist revenue and technical accounting teams, and prepare documentation for audits.

• Enhance the Virtual Post Mail process and contribute to various accounting and finance projects as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable.

• Practical experience with Salesforce and NetSuite, along with e-invoicing platforms such as Ariba or Coupa.

• Familiarity with Avalara or a comparable tax platform, as well as an understanding of the complete order-to-cash cycle.

• Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• A customer-service-oriented mindset with the capability to collaborate across teams, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively in a remote setting.
