Accounts Receivable Consultant – O2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily Billing and Collections tasks, addressing operational inquiries and handling intricate cases.

• Diagnose and resolve complicated operational challenges within Billing and Collections.

• Deliver hands-on operational assistance and support throughout the team.

• Aid Billing and Collections Managers in transformation and implementation initiatives.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, documentation, and standardization.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system and process rollouts, go-live events, and transition into routine operations.

• Collaborate effectively with Finance and cross-departmental stakeholders.

• Share knowledge and expertise within the team to promote efficient workflows and consistent practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections.

• Proficient working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce, with practical, hands-on experience in Billing and Collections.

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

• Experience in supporting transformation, process enhancement, or system implementation projects.

• Skilled in reporting with Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.

• Practical experience in Billing and Collections operations, process documentation, and standardization.

• Experience in supporting UAT and system or process implementation tasks is a plus.

• Ability to rapidly grasp existing processes, work autonomously, and provide effective operational assistance.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical and proactive approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while balancing operational duties with project commitments.
