AR Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Report to the Global Accounts Receivable Manager

• Oversee regional accounts receivable operations

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and posting in the accounting system

• Follow up on collections and their respective applications

• Collaborate with Treasury and Client Operations teams

• Address accounts receivable inquiries and resolve any billing or collection issues

• Maintain AR master data and ensure accurate records for compliance and operational needs

• Adhere to billing procedures while analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable data and transactions

• Initiate communication with various parties concerning accounts receivable invoices

• Keep the ApprovPay application updated and perform reconciliations with the accounting system

• Manage the collection of funds process, follow up with customers, and maintain AR aging reports

• Prepare documents and financial information for both external and internal stakeholders

• Engage in the evolution of the billing system and validate compliance with VAT/GST regulations

• Contribute to improvements in business processes, training materials, data cleanup, and ongoing support

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in billing, collections, and dealing with a diverse customer base

• Experience in the professional services industry is preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a keen eye for errors

• Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential

• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, along with the capability to lead, mentor, and develop staff

• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Must successfully pass a background check
