Apptio Targetprocess Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement instances of Apptio Targetprocess and collaborate with business functions to enhance user adoption.

• Lead the ATP team and provide mentorship to team members regarding best practices for implementation.

• Oversee comprehensive ATP implementations and engage with clients periodically.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and offer guidance on best practices for ATP implementation.

• Update and introduce new features and solutions in Apptio Targetprocess.

• Work closely with users and stakeholders to achieve intended outcomes and respond to ongoing requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison for business users regarding implementation and support.

• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product Management to enhance product usability.

• Resolve customer issues and work in conjunction with support and development teams for resolution.

• Present project updates, optimization possibilities, and strategic recommendations to business and technology leadership.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation.

• Install and configure both predefined and custom Apptio Targetprocess solutions tailored to department, unit, and ART needs.

• Develop custom views, reports, and dashboards within Apptio Targetprocess.

• Configure process parameters and settings within Apptio Targetprocess.

• Create custom automation rules and event-based metrics in Apptio Targetprocess.

• Import customer data efficiently.

• Set up integrations with third-party products like Jira, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to manage multiple business units, leads, and deliverables through effective time management and strategic planning.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across various time zones.

• Highly motivated and self-directed; capable of completing tasks with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in analyzing situations, generating ideas, and developing innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and facilitation abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity or experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.

• Practical experience in JavaScript, JSON, and APIs.

• Apptio Targetprocess certification is an added advantage.
