Appraisal Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between the appraisal team and clients.

• Assign new projects and proactively oversee project management and timelines.

• Input and confirm assignments, maintain comprehensive documentation, and update file statuses.

• Inform clients about project progress and provide proactive updates.

• Allocate, supervise, and monitor field appraisal teams.

• Work in conjunction with Quality Assurance to guarantee a high-quality final product.

• Deliver customer service through phone and email, assess client needs, and offer solutions.

• Keep open lines of communication with field teams.

• Professionally and promptly handle incoming calls and email responses.

• Evaluate appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Process invoices in accordance with contractual obligations and maintain appropriate documentation.

• Provide insights on operational challenges and inefficiencies to aid in process enhancement.

• Assist with additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Experience in insurance claims is preferred.

• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis is advantageous.

• Strong skills in organization, documentation, and communication.

• Capacity to stay calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to precise and thorough file documentation.

• Ability to collaborate and distribute job management responsibilities within a team setting.

• Growth mindset with a readiness to propose enhancements and promote open communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web browsers, and PDF tools, with a quick learning ability for internal systems.
