Appointment Setting Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to clients using predetermined scripts.

• Schedule Protocol Review Appointments aimed at enhancing health.

• Report directly to the ASR Director.

• Participate in daily team stand-up meetings.

• Engage in regular one-on-one discussions with the manager.

• Evaluate performance based on Appointments Set, Appointment Show Rate, and Appointment Outcome.

• Foster genuine relationships with customers to assist them on their wellness journeys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in appointment setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Highly motivated self-starter eager for growth and committed to achieving or surpassing objectives.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, commencing at 8 AM CST.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Dependable laptop or desktop equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Preference for an Ethernet connection.

• Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads.

• Latency around 150ms, jitter around 30ms, and packet loss below 1% are preferred.

• Technical skills, including experience with Salesforce and VOIP phone systems.

• Previous experience working remotely.
