This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond promptly to new inbound leads and assigned outbound opportunities via phone, text, email, and other approved channels.
• Consistently adhere to the company's established lead-contact and follow-up process.
• Develop rapport with patients, caregivers, spouses, adult children, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to comprehend prospects' needs, concerns, goals, and readiness.
• Verify approved qualification criteria prior to scheduling consultations.
• Clearly articulate the purpose and value of consultations.
• Generate enthusiasm and commitment for the next conversation without pressure or medical assurances.
• Motivate relevant decision-makers to engage in consultations.
• Address common objections using approved language.
• Confidently request a firm date and time commitment.
• Efficiently utilize closer calendars and prioritize suitable same-day or next-day opportunities.
• Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet booked.
• Accurately document every interaction in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Maintain precise pipeline stages, dispositions, notes, appointment details, tasks, lead sources, and setter attribution.
• Promptly resolve QA or AI-generated exceptions.
• Relay lead-quality insights, patient feedback, technical issues, and recurring objections to the CSM or Team Lead.
• Engage in coaching, role-play, call reviews, script training, and team meetings.
• Implement coaching feedback and strive for continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate with reschedulers, QA, Sales Closers, Marketing, and other team members to ensure qualified opportunities are not lost.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in appointment setting, SDR, inside sales, call-center sales, patient coordination, customer service, or a similar phone-based sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, warm, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport through meaningful phone conversations.
• Capability to follow a proven script while maintaining a natural and personalized conversation.
• Proficient in asking qualification questions, addressing objections, and securing appointment commitments.
• Strong follow-up and organizational capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn and utilize GoHighLevel, Kixie, Zoom, Slack, spreadsheets, and AI-powered coaching tools.
• Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment where performance, activity, quality, and conversion metrics are monitored.
• Keen attention to detail and accurate CRM record maintenance.
• Ability to work independently from a private, quiet, professional remote setting with reliable high-speed internet.
• Availability for a staggered five-day schedule with designated weekend coverage.
• Preferred: experience in high-ticket, consultative, healthcare, wellness, or direct-to-consumer sales.
• Preferred: experience communicating with older adults, patients, caregivers, spouses, or families facing sensitive health issues.
• Preferred: familiarity with GoHighLevel, Kixie, or similar CRM and power-dialer platforms.
• Preferred: experience in a remote, KPI-driven sales organization.
• Preferred: exposure to call recording, call scoring, AI-driven coaching, or quality assurance systems.
• $1,200/month base salary plus commission.
• $50 per Detect Kit sold from eligible setter-attributed appointments.
• Fully remote position.
• Full-time schedule supporting department coverage from Monday through Sunday.
• Staggered five-day workweek with planned rest days and assigned weekend coverage.
