Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers

• Arranging consultations between contacts/potential customers and the Sales Team members

• Precisely entering information into the system

• Representing the company in a professional manner during conversations with contacts

• Ensuring that all calls adhere to company standards and protocols

• Providing timely and accurate reports

• Engaging in initiatives aimed at process improvement

• Contributing to the company's growth by reaching out to potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or a comparable position

• Exceptional listening and verbal communication abilities

• Basic technical proficiency, including the ability to operate a computer, utilize common software applications, and conduct simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functionalities)

• Reliable internet connection

• A designated, professional, and quiet workspace

• Willingness to work during the graveyard shift
