Applied AI Research Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, trials, and assessments of AI tools that are relevant to Vulcury's operations.

• Identify AI tools and workflows that can enhance prospecting, outbound efforts, content creation, and overall funnel performance.

• Investigate AI-assisted methodologies for product and development processes, including AI/ML and matching-engine initiatives at Trustbridge.

• Assess AI applications for various functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance workflows, finance, legal/compliance support, research, and shared services.

• Recognize client-facing opportunities where AI can improve the quality, speed, or depth of consulting and venture deliverables.

• Maintain an organized perspective of the competitive and partner landscape.

• Monitor vendors, tools, competitive threats, substitutes, and opportunities for partnerships or build/buy decisions.

• Convert research findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Collaborate with functional leads across Development, HR, Growth, and Operations.

• Exceptional speaking, writing, and listening abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and follow through on tasks without close supervision.

• Intellectual curiosity and a knack for quickly evaluating unfamiliar tools and technical concepts.

• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Resume submission is required.

• A brief written response of under 300 words describing an AI tool you have personally used or evaluated recently.

• Full-time internship opportunity based in India.

• Exposure to AI/ML tooling, LLM-based products, or automation platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

• The ability to swiftly read vendor documentation, product change logs, and technical write-ups is useful but not required.

• Interest in business strategy or competitive analysis is beneficial but not essential.
