Applied AI Research Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, trials, and evaluations of AI tools pertinent to Vulcury's operations.

• Identify AI tools and workflows to enhance prospecting, outbound efforts, content production, and funnel effectiveness.

• Investigate AI-assisted methodologies for development, including tools related to AI/ML and matching-engine initiatives at Trustbridge.

• Discover AI tools for recruiting, onboarding, and performance management processes.

• Assess AI applications within finance, legal/compliance support, research, and other shared services.

• Recognize client-facing AI opportunities that improve the quality, speed, or depth of consulting and venture client engagements.

• Maintain a comprehensive perspective on the competitive and partner landscape.

• Convert findings into actionable recommendations for leadership regarding adoption, pilot programs, partnerships, builds, and potential threats.

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Collaborate with functional leads in Development, HR, Growth, and Operations to gain insights into workflows.

• Self-motivated and trustworthy; capable of executing tasks independently without close supervision.

• A genuine intellectual curiosity and aptitude for quickly assessing unfamiliar tools and technical concepts.

• A positive demeanor; contributes energy and options to leadership discussions.

• Helpful but not mandatory: experience with AI/ML tools, LLM-based products, or automation platforms as a user, builder, or researcher.

• Helpful but not mandatory: ability to swiftly comprehend vendor documentation, product change logs, and technical writings.

• Helpful but not mandatory: interest in business strategy or competitive analysis.

• Submission of a resume along with a written response under 300 words detailing an AI tool personally used or evaluated recently.
