This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade RAG systems that support internal business operations.
• Transform existing AI proofs-of-concept into dependable production systems.
• Choose efficient solutions through system integrations, lightweight scripting, reusable automation components, or bespoke AI agents.
• Gain insights into the Workforce Reinvention architecture, codebase, deployment pipeline, and AI proofs-of-concept.
• Implement workflow enhancements, automation scripts, and upgrades to internal tools.
• Launch production-grade RAG workflows or intelligent internal tools.
• Collaborate with AI Champions in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify and prioritize workflow bottlenecks.
• Create reusable modular automation blocks and standardized development patterns.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to minimize manual deployment steps and boost release reliability.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code methodologies using tools such as Terraform.
• Establish standards for monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Create and maintain a reusable component library for both AI-driven and traditional automation workflows.
• Empower AI Champions to independently scale departmental solutions safely.
• Ensure stable infrastructure, automated testing, documentation, and robust intelligent workflows.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to internal AI Champions and business teams.
• Demonstrated experience in building brands, creating scalable systems, and driving measurable marketing outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Proficiency in TDD and CI/CD practices along with release processes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles utilizing tools like Terraform.
• Skills in implementing monitoring, logging, and observability standards.
• Ability to collaborate with internal AI Champions and non-technical business teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 days per year.
