AI Engineer – Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create features across the entire technology stack, showcasing strong proficiency in either React/TypeScript for UI development or Python (FastAPI)/Node.js for backend services.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to transform product requirements and designs into deployable software.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, encompassing implementation, release, instrumentation, and iterative improvements.

• Develop and integrate generative AI features that link large language models (LLMs) with enterprise data, APIs, and internal tools.

• Design prompts, orchestrate workflows, manage context, establish guardrails, and facilitate human review processes.

• Assess AI workflows and track quality, latency, costs, and failure rates.

• Utilize AI coding assistants while verifying the generated outputs and contributing to the establishment of automated quality control measures.

• Engage in code reviews to identify architectural and AI reliability challenges.

• Document data flows, API contracts, and the behavior of AI workflows.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL, contributing to schema and data model decisions.

• Implement security-first strategies across UI, API, and AI workflow layers, including tenant isolation, role-based access control (RBAC), and least-privilege access principles.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and client-facing stakeholders on an enterprise-level commercial execution platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Significant expertise in either React/TypeScript UI engineering or Python (FastAPI)/Node.js backend development.

• Practical experience with integrating LLM APIs into production applications, including prompt design, function/tool calling, and safe management of non-deterministic outputs.

• Daily usage of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases, ideally with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with APIs, authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and RBAC.

• Understanding of security principles for multi-tenant SaaS applications.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Capability to evaluate AI features and monitor aspects like quality, latency, costs, and reliability.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in English, with a minimum level of C1.
