AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive AI/ML solutions from data ingestion and modeling to deployment and monitoring.

• Construct and expand contemporary AI architectures, inclusive of generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications.

• Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers to seamlessly incorporate AI into enterprise systems.

• Spearhead the evaluation and adoption of AI tools, platforms, and frameworks throughout the organization.

• Establish MLOps practices, encompassing automated pipelines, model governance, and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into AI-driven solutions that yield measurable ROI.

• Optimize and maintain Empath Health’s Salesforce platform.

• Enhance system functionality, boost data integrity, and promote user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of software development experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in building AI/ML solutions.

• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable system architectures.

• Practical experience with APIs, microservices, containerization, and large-scale data processing.

• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and AI lifecycle management.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
