This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Ensure stable operation and monitoring of applications.
• Coordinate and oversee activities to guarantee availability, recoverability, performance, and resource utilization.
• Analyze and resolve application incidents while developing effective workarounds.
• Provide support and guidance to users regarding application usage and process execution.
• Notify application users about incidents, application alerts, and scheduled outages.
• Facilitate communication between business departments, application owners, support teams, and developers.
• Assist in the specification, testing, and deployment of application releases.
• Plan and coordinate releases, including the preparation of installation plans.
• Capture technical requirements and devise solution concepts for the ongoing development of applications.
• Coordinate release agreements and supervise implementation with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance interfaces between applications.
• Generate and support change requests for application developers.
• Create, update, and sustain operating procedures, user manuals, and technical documentation.
• Prepare tailored reports and statistics for customers.
• Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities.
• Completed education or training in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related qualification.
• Several years of experience in Application Management, Service Management, or Application Operations.
• Strong experience in operating and supporting business applications.
• Extensive knowledge of Release and Deployment Management, along with planning and coordinating application releases.
• Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting, and sustainably resolving application incidents.
• Good understanding of interface management and collaboration with various IT and business departments.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation, operating procedures, and user manuals.
• Familiarity with data maintenance and preparing customer-specific reports and statistics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Independent, organized, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Strong customer service orientation, teamwork capabilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Analytical mindset and a strong level of initiative.
• Fluent in German with a good command of English.
• 100% workload during the onboarding phase (approximately 2 months), followed by a 50% workload.
