This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, platforms, and business systems associated with the Commercial organization.
• Configure and tailor applications to adapt to changing business needs.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites while implementing necessary platform modifications.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support integrations between enterprise systems and third-party solutions.
• Align technological capabilities with business strategies and operational priorities as an IT Business Partner.
• Assist in strategic planning and the development of technology roadmaps.
• Transform organizational goals and operational challenges into scalable technological solutions.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process optimization.
• Facilitate project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design activities.
• Develop user requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational processes.
• Plan and execute projects, monitor their progress, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation efforts.
• Provide functional and technical application support while troubleshooting system issues.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice guidance.
• Manage system security, user access, roles, and permissions.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies, SOX, GxP, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system documentation, validation, and audit preparation.
• Manage application vendors, escalations, and service levels.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and engage in innovation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field is required.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including at least 5 years in management positions.
