Application Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver L2/L3 support for applications.

• Oversee production streams to guarantee optimal system availability.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of workflow designs for enterprise applications under support.

• Troubleshoot, assess, analyze, and resolve production issues, including job failures.

• Implement code fixes and software patches to address escalated incidents.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new software versions and upgrades for NT Certification, packaging, and deployment.

• Collaborate directly with business partners to analyze and resolve inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to controlled business and IT processes.

• Monitor and respond to system alerts.

• Escalate critical production issues to the appropriate teams and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in providing L2/L3 application and production support within an enterprise setting.

• Strong capability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve intricate production issues and workflow job failures.

• Experience in examining code bases to implement temporary or permanent fixes and patches.

• Proficient in managing software upgrades, NT Certification processes, packaging, and deployments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with both IT and Business teams.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a strong focus on agile delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and enterprise monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Proficient in advanced oral English.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish.
