Application Specialist, Nursing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers on the ORBIS hospital information system, including implementation and training.

• Effectively collaborate with customers to enhance processes.

• Collaborate within a team to create innovative and contemporary hospital workflows.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

• Assist customer contacts and end users during project phases.

• Support the help desk team with inquiries and incident documentation.

• Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, modifications, and system configurations utilizing established templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in nursing or nursing science, or equivalent qualifications with significant practical experience.

• Familiarity with hospital processes and daily operations within a healthcare setting.

• Proficient use of contemporary IT systems and organizational tools.

• Possess an open, confident, and professional demeanor when engaging with customers.

• Willingness to travel frequently—up to 80%—across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• A passion for collaborative project work.

• Experience in project management is a plus.
