Application Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in the adoption of injection molding simulation software.

• Independently oversee consulting and professional services projects.

• Deliver presentations of solutions both online and on-site, including at international trade exhibitions and during training sessions.

• Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and take charge of the technical elements of the sales process.

• Acquire knowledge about injection molding simulation and assist companies in intelligently and sustainably developing intricate components.

• Continuously enhance practical expertise through customer projects, internal knowledge sharing, and technical training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical qualification.

• Professional experience in plastics processing, preferably in injection molding.

• A keen interest in software, simulation, and sales.

• A passion for technical concepts and interacting with people.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Strong communication skills, a sense of curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing development.

• Experience with AI tools and coding agents, including ChatGPT and Claude.

• Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a passion for technical subjects.
