Application Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality implementations, upgrades, and support for Franciscan Alliance applications.

• Conduct needs assessments and impact analyses.

• Oversee new installations and optimize systems.

• Provide continuous troubleshooting for Franciscan Alliance applications.

• Research and offer insights on system enhancements.

• Communicate stakeholder feedback on ongoing enhancements.

• Manage small to medium-sized projects following Franciscan Alliance methodologies.

• Set professional development, project, and support goals in collaboration with management.

• Offer on-call and after-hours support for applications.

• Adhere to incident, change, and request management protocols.

• Document workflows, standards, and business processes.

• Work with vendors on application implementation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting.

• Facilitate discussions with business users to determine application functionality and workflow needs.

• Aid in the development of training programs.

• Design, configure, and support applications.

• Manage projects independently without PMO oversight.

• Act as a subject matter expert for systems and identify downstream impacts.

• Research, analyze, and present potential needs for system enhancements.

• Develop and execute application and workflow testing, reporting results to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

• EPIC Certified in Cadence or MyChart is mandatory.

• 4 years of relevant work experience is required, unless promotional criteria are met.

• An Associate's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.

• 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Capability to provide on-call and after-hours support.

• Travel is rarely or never required.
