Application Analyst I – II – Sr – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in EQT’s Agile IT landscape, encompassing analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders from various departments on strategic projects.

• Partner with senior team members, business stakeholders, and technical associates to ensure applications are stable, secure, and meet business requirements.

• Identify potential areas for process and technological enhancements.

• Oversee project deliverables and timelines, escalating any risks or issues as necessary.

• Create and maintain comprehensive application documentation, including infrastructure, data flows, architecture, and technical procedures.

• Facilitate system integrations and ensure accurate, efficient data transfer between technology platforms.

• Deliver end-user support, conduct issue triage, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors or senior analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with enterprise applications and performing analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, mathematics, science, or a closely related technical discipline.

• Proven ability to upgrade and maintain multiple applications effectively.

• Familiarity with documentation, presentation tools, and basic project or task management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and tools.

• Capability to work alongside team leads who provide some supervision while managing multiple project milestones and initiatives.

• Willingness to take ownership and accountability for departmental deliverables while exhibiting broad subject matter expertise in various areas.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and interpersonal interactions.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
