Appliance Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional in-home service experiences for customers

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, gas and electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwave ovens

• Troubleshoot and repair sealed refrigeration systems

• Inform customers about repairs, maintenance, and suggestions

• Use mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless setting

• Keep updated with advancing appliance and smart-home technologies

• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training

• Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining a professional appearance

• Consistently provide a 5-star customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced in appliance repair, with a preference for Whirlpool Brand Service expertise

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities

• Experience in repairing refrigeration sealed systems

• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience will also be considered

• Customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily routes

• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
