This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Utilize a data-driven methodology to assess and track API performance.
• Pinpoint opportunities for enhancement to optimize API utilization and foster partner growth and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with commercial, technical, and product teams to improve the API product offering.
• Offer technical assistance to partners concerning API usage.
• Partner with technical teams to address and resolve API-related challenges.
• Facilitate API workshops and training sessions for partners.
• API Optimization: Utilize a data-driven methodology to assess and track API performance.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement to optimize API utilization, ensuring partners are effectively utilizing our APIs to drive growth and engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with commercial, technical, and product teams to improve the API product offering, ensuring it aligns with partner needs and supports RateHawks' overall strategic goals.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance to partners regarding API usage, and collaborate with our technical teams to resolve any API-related challenges that may arise.
• Partner Training: Facilitate API workshops and training sessions to educate partners on how to maximize the value they gain from our APIs.
• Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in reviewing and monitoring the technical performance of API connections.
• Specialized in managing the onboarding of API-connected customers; acting as a liaison between IT and the commercial team to manage technical issues; analyzing technical performance, error rates, traffic, and look-to-book ratios to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, with a passion for innovative technology; comfortable in a fast-paced business environment, a team player, and accustomed to data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate and work across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global footprint.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
