Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Quickly identify and evaluate the needs of potential residents to connect them with appropriate apartment homes.

• Conduct property tours, showcasing the distinctive features and advantages of the community.

• Foster and sustain long-term relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.

• Oversee the complete leasing process, from the initial inquiry to the lease signing and move-in coordination.

• Achieve and surpass sales goals through effective lead generation and follow-up techniques.

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

• Keep accurate and current records of client interactions, leases, and property-related information.

• Engage in community events and marketing efforts to promote the properties.

• Stay updated on local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience.

• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for quickly building rapport.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.

• Customer service-oriented with a passion for assisting individuals in finding their ideal home.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively close deals.

• Comprehensive understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings.

• Reliable transportation.

• Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory.

• Successful completion of required background checks is needed.

• A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
