AP Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately process a daily influx of approximately 100 bills from AP channels into ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct.

• Conduct 2-way and 3-way Purchase Order matching.

• Investigate and resolve any pricing or line-item discrepancies.

• Oversee the essential Accounts Payable lifecycle, which includes high-volume entry, PO matching, vendor relations, and employee reimbursements.

• Clear existing AP backlogs efficiently.

• Engage in recruiter, client, and technical assessment interviews, which may include a practical task.

• Gradually take on broader accounting responsibilities over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of focused Accounts Payable experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume bill processing (approximately 100 bills/day) with exceptional accuracy.

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, including GL coding, debits/credits, and PO matching.

• High level of proficiency in MS Excel and various ERP accounting platforms.

• Availability to work during US Central Time hours throughout the initial 90-day onboarding period.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, or AP automation tools like RAMP is a plus.

• Background in field services, trade industries, construction, or multi-entity job-cost accounting is advantageous.

• Proven ability to drive process improvements or transition to automated AP workflows is beneficial.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.
