Anthropology Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on practical fieldwork scenarios and theoretical questions in anthropology.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the coherence of logic.

• Record reproducible error instances.

• Document instances of model failures.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge advanced language models with topics related to cultural and scientific anthropology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in cultural anthropology, biological anthropology, linguistic anthropology, archaeology, ethnography, evolutionary theory, kinship systems, and social organization.

• A Master’s degree or PhD in anthropology or a closely related social science discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, ethnographic fieldwork, archaeological excavations, or museum-based research indicates a good fit.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, demonstrating your thought process.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
